Energy Management Department - Contests
Over the past two years, energy management behavior modification training was conducted with all faculty and staff at every school in the district. During this training, the trainer accepted suggestions for incentives that would motivate the staff at each facility to change their habits in reference to energy use, incorporating routines that are more energy conscious and efficient.
Some of the suggestions were:
- Additional days when teachers can wear jeans
- Coupons and Gift Certificates
- Catered Lunches
- Cash
Based on the suggestions that we have received, an incentive program was proposed and approved. The details of this program are as follows:
