Traci Hogan holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Communication Disorders from Marshall University. She has 21 years experience in special education that includes working with the South Carolina public school system and the private sector. Ms. Hogan served as the Director of Speech Services for Spartanburg School District Six for five years prior completing certifications in the areas of elementary principal and superintendent in 2009. She has experience as the Special Education Director for School District Five of Lexington and Richland Counties and served as the Executive Director for Federal Programs for Horry County Schools. Ms. Hogan recently completed the Education Policy Fellowship Program through the Institute for Educational Leadership. She is a member of many professional organizations and has worked on a variety of state task forces and is currently a member of the Executive Board for the South Carolina Association for the Supervision and Curriculum Development.
