October/November Nutrition Nibbles October is “Bring Your Parent to Lunch” month! Please plan on joining your child for lunch. Adult Lunch is $3.25 or a full breakfast is $2.00 or $1.00 yogurt parfait! Click here to see the lunch menu for October/November. Parents May Purchase Student Meals Online Parents whose children attend Greenville County Schools can make online payments into their children’s meal account using their debit or credit card. A fixed processing fee of $2.00 per payment is charged by mySchoolBucks, the third-party service provider. More....> Parent Portal Passwords Parent Portal Passwords are now ready to be picked up. These passwords must be picked up in person by legal guardians.
School Board Members and Michelin North America representatives presented checks to principals on Tuesday. Check amounts are based on student enrollment at each school. The money was raised in August at the "Are You Smarter than a Greenville County Schools Fifth Grader?" event.
On Monday, October 10th our Welcome Elementary students to showed what they know to parents, family and friends! This was our parents' opportunity to learn about what our students do every day. Also highlight was our Fresh Fruits and Veggies program as well as our healthy lifestyles (CATCH) program. Bi-Lo treated us to a free Farmers’ Market with fresh fruits and vegetables to take home.
Frozen Fruity Fridays: We will be selling frozen juice and yogurt bars every Friday starting September 9 for $1.00 each during lunch. We always need help so volunteers are greatly appreciated during that time. P.T.S.A. Dues: Our membership dues will be $4.00 this year. A form was sent home with your child for you to join.
If you are interested in enrolling your child in our WE Care Extend Day Program for the 2011-2012 school year contact the school and complete all registration forms. This service is intended to provide care for children between 2:30 and 6:00 p.m. each regular full day of school. Our Extended Day students will have many opportunities to have fun and enjoy themselves daily in our program. Go to the school's front office for registration forms.
