In Algebra II, the goal is to learn as much stuff as we can before we move on to the next level. For some students that will be Pre-Cal or Stats, for others, college is just around the corner.
In Geometry, we have been learning about congruent triangles. We have also branched out to do journals that students were instructed to talk to their parents about. These journals were intended to help students gain focus on their lives and start thinking about the value of individuality.
In Math Tech 2, the goal is to do better on the End of Course Test than any other class has ever done. If that goal is not attainable, I think we would just be happy with passing. Right now we are slowly preparing, but we'll soon start picking up the pace. So, watch out for that!
