Welcome to the Health Room at Southside High School. To use this page please look for the section of interest on the left side of this page. The News page will be updated as events and notices occur. Parents will be able to find the answers to most of your questions on the Parent Page. Students will have their own page to look up questions or advisories.

You should be able to click on the form listed in the blue column on the left to download the most frequently used Health Room forms. To Print the form you can go to FILE, Select PRINT, or if that does not work try: select EDIT, then SELECT ALL, (this will highlight the entire page), then COPY. Then go to your WORD PROGRAM, select BLANK PAGE, then select COPY. You should then be able to print the form to be filled out.
