Please encourage your students to come to class prepared with book, notebook, pencil, and any assignments due. Help them understand that they need to pay attention during class and not disrupt the class. In lab they need to follow all directions for the lab. Remind them to ask for make up work when they have missed a class.

In Biology/Physical Science the students are required to read asignments, take notes, complete vocabulary and review questions, and participate in class discussions. The lab grade will be based on the student's preparation, participation, safety, and attitude during the lab and questions or quiz that follows the lab.

The material covered in this course is expansive. Students are responsible for keeping up with their reading assignments. Students should come to class with their questions and concerns.
