About Me

Even though this is my first year at Southside, this is my 16th year teaching and 17th year coaching. I am a native of Belton,SC and a graduate of BHP high school. I graduated from Furman University with a BA in History and ceritification in education. I also played football at
Furman from 1985 to 1990 where I was a starter on the NCAA National Championship team. I was a graduate assistant coach for a year.

After graduation, I taught at Richland-Northeast high school for a year. I have also taught at Walterboro high school for 1 year, Fort Dorchester high school for 10 years, and TL Hanna high school for 2 years before coming to Southside as a Social Studies teacher and Head Football Coach.

I am single.
