People of P's Place
From this page, citizens are able to access their class's web page and view the syllabus as needed. There are links to the project page for each class and website links to point them in the right direction. P's Place is made up of many diverse people. Our citizens range from the very liberal to the strong conservatives. Some are citizens of foreign countries whose parents have brought them here for better opportunities. Many are native to Greenville. Some still live outside of Greenville and are willing to make the communte so they may recieve that awesome Southside education!!! All are welcome and play an important role in cerating the class environment. Growth happens on a daily basis and is encouraged to continue well after their time in P's Place is over. We have fun and learn at the same time. Tolerance for others is stressed and difference of opinion is allowed as long as the opinion is supported by facts. "Momma said so" does not count. Citizens are to think for themselves and are encouraged to formulate their own opinions and stances on issues discussed in class. Just remember, once a citizen, ALWAYS a citizen!! Citizens are allowed to deny their status if they so choose. This is the hub for the students to navigate the site. From here, they will be able to link to the page for their class, and from there to their project page. |
