Thank you for accessing my web page. Below you will find valuable information concerning the policies and procedures of my class. My Class Schedule 1st Planning 2nd Food and Nutrition 2 3rd Housing and Home Furnishings 4th Senior Life 5th Housing and Home Furnishings 6th Food and Nutrition 2 7th Planning Materials Needed: 1. a pencil or pen (blue or black ink) 2. Three ring binder w/paper to keep notes and handouts. 3. Class textbook (provided by the school) 4. $5.00 lab fee for Food and Nutrition Grading Policy: Students' grades are determined on a point system. Missed work/Make-up Policy: Students have 5 days after an absence to make up work or tests. Failure to do so will result in a grade of "0" on the assignment. Late work will be penalized points for each day late. Assignments will be due the next class period (unless stated otherwise). Late assignments will be accepted up to two days after the date due. After this all missing assignments will receive a grade of "0". Attendance and Tardy Policies: For semester classes, students are allowed five absenses. Any absences over the limit of five must have a doctor's note or administrative approval. Any absences over the 5 day limit may result in a student losing credit for the course even if they passed all academic requirements. For year long courses, students are allowed tan absences. Any absences over this limit must have a doctor's note or administrative approval.
