Things Students Should Know

We're off to a great start this year! Let's keep up the hard work and I'm absolutely sure I see millions of band bucks in the very near future for a lot of you.

Band Bucks are basically play money students earn for going above my expectations, always doing a good job, demonstrating a positive attitude, and many other things. If you want more specifics there is a poster hanging in my room describing how students earn band bucks. Students accumulate band bucks over the month and at the end of each month the band booster club holds an auction for items that have been donated by local businesses. The students can bid on items, just like a real auction, with their band bucks. It's a great incentive program where kids learn the value of working hard and being rewarded!
