    Discipline Plan

    The Red Rule:
    1) Raise your hand and wait to be recognized.

    The Yellow Rule:
    2) Listen and follow directions.

    The Blue Rule:
    3) Be kind and respectful to everyone.

    The Green Rule:
    4) Walk quietly inside the building.

Our discipline policy consists of five color coded rules and a daily behavior report which will be a calendar in the homework folder each day. When a child breaks one of the four classroom rules, they write their name in the behavior book. Students will put a 0, 1, 2, etc. on thier behavior calendar each day to let parents know how many times they had to sign the behavior book.

    Consequences:

    * Once signing behavior book:Teacher counsels student.

    * Twice signing behavior book: Removal from group and/or restricted recess (five minutes).

    * Three times signing the behavior book: Parents will be contacted

    * Four times signing the behavior in any one week period: Parent conference mandatory.

    Rewards:

Zero to one time signing behavior book in a one week period: Student is allowed to participate in Fun Friday which includes an ice cream treat and learning games.
