Sample Student Work From Mrs. Lee's Classes PLEASE note that these works are truly student creations-- Students were encouraged to read good literature, find examples of various images which enhance descriptive writing. They made charts of these descriptions and then incorporated them into their own writing. For many students, borrowing images to enhance their own creations created a different perspective about both reading and writing. This writing activity is the beginning of Harry Noden's "Brushstroke Images" in his Grammar Images, instructional writing program. You will be directed to the school site.
