TRAVEL

Thanks to a $7000 grant from BMW, 13 lucky students were able to travel to Bavaria in June 2005. We stayed with host families for three weeks and were able to travel to Regensburg, Munich, Salzburg, Passau, und Nürnberg. Ask any of the German students who went with us about their lasting impressions! The Germans came to visit us and the Greenville area in March of this year. They attended Southside and JL Mann high schools and experienced much of our southern culture through food, travel, and music.

Another student exchange is currently being planned for 2007. Begin to dream, think about, and plan for this unique opportunity!
