If the problem is a hardware problem with your computer I need the following information:
Service Tag #:		The service tag number is located on a sticker on the back of a desktop computer or on the bottom of a laptop.
VNC Address:		The VNC Address can be found by moving your mouse over the icon near the time at the bottom right of your screen. You may need to click on the left arrow on the bottom right to show all the icons. It is a number that looks something like 10.152.0.214
