School Exclusion List

Each year we are required by the South Carolina Department of Health and Environmental Control to provide parents with a School Exclusion List. This list includes information regarding illnesses with students and under what circumstances it is necessary to keep a student out of school due to personal illness. Parent Permission Form for Medication

Parental consent is required to keep any type of medication at school. All medications must be supplied by the home and must be in the original container.
