Teen Parent offers your daughter the opportunity to be educated in an environment that makes her feel at ease during her pregnancy. She is surrounded by other pregnant teens who are experiencing many of the same emotions, challenges and physical changes. The faculty is sensitive to the needs of pregnant teens while maintaining high academic standards for our students.

In addition to the core academics, Teen Parent offers many workshops and seminars that will enable your daughter to become the best mom that she can be. We work with many organizations to provide parenting classes, information sessions with pediatricians, group counseling with a social worker from the school district and many other programs to help her transition into parenthood. A nursery is provided for the baby until he/she reaches twelve weeks of age.

Teen Parent also recognizes that your daughter is still a student and we help her to develop as a young adult. Students are encouraged to set goals and discuss with the faculty ways to achieve those goals. Student leadership opportunities are plentiful through our Student Government. Workshops that are designed to empower students to become strong young women who can advocate for themselves and their baby are held regularly. Service Learning activities remind students that they are always able to contribute and help others.
