· Provide leadership to improve the instructional program

· Assist in developing and implementing the school improvement plan

· Assist in interpreting and using data

· Assist in the appropriate use of instructional technology to enhance and extend instruction

· Help interpret content standards

· Provide instructional resources and materials

· Provides opportunities to learn best-practices that can be used to improve student learning

· Develop beneficial professional development opportunities
