Special Announcement

A Parent Permission Form is needed to give any medication at school to a student.  Adults must bring the medicine into the school.  Medicine must be in the original container including cough drops.

Medication Permission forms are now available on the school district website:

1. Go to District Health Services
2. Scroll all the way down to “Permission Forms” and click on the specific permission form needed and print.
