SCIENCE FAIR INFORMATIONAL MEETING
Third, fourth, and fifth grade students and parents are invited to attend a Science Fair informational meeting on Monday, 12/16 in the Media Center at 2:30. Projects are due Monday, February 3rd.

You can access an order form here for yearbooks. We order only a few extras for students who join Oakview after the preorder of yearbooks. Please order your yearbook if you plan on purchasing one.
JINGLE BELL DROP
Oakview will collect new and gently used toys December 2- December 6 for the annual Jingle Bell Drop. Toys can bedropped off in the morning at the kindergarten or front entrance.
We enjoyed a fabulous kickoff for our new program- Watch D.O.G.S. (Dads of Great Students). If you are interested in the program and have questions, please contact Christi Yenser.
GUIDANCE SMALL GROUPS
Oakview’s Guidance Department will begin the year by offering small groups focused on Changing Families -separation/divorce and grief/loss. Groups meet during the school day and are confidential. If you feel your child would benefit by being in a small group, please contact Gwen Daughtry for 3rd-5th grade (355-7104) or Allyson Blackwell for K-2nd grade (355-7103).
