Ms. VandeVelde met with each grade
level on Monday, October 18, as our visiting author.
Ms. Vande Velde lives in Rochester, NY and will be here in
the Greenville area all week and will visit 8 other schools. Mrs. Bailey
wants to thank the PTSA for helping with the major part of the funding for
this event. For the past 9 years, our PTSA has provided $1,000 towards our
author visits.
Ms. Vande Velde’s books will be available for purchase
through October 27th, after which we must return the books to our vendor.
