TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 8, 2026 | 6 PM | REGISTER PROTECTING YOUR CHILD ONLINE: THE NEWEST SCHOOL & STATE SAFETY GUIDELINES Join us for the kickoff of our 4-part series as we demystify the latest state laws and district policies designed to safeguard your child's digital life. We will break down how South Carolina Act 0237 impacts online account creation, how Greenville County Schools protects student data behind strict privacy barriers, and how district guidelines govern Generative AI in the classroom.
MONDAY, OCTOBER 26, 2026 | 6 PM | REGISTER BEYOND THE SCREEN: A PARENT’S GUIDE TO VIDEO GAMES & ONLINE SAFETY In the second session of our 4-part series, we shift focus to the immersive world of video games and online gaming communities. Parents will gain clear insight into popular gaming platforms, hidden safety risks like unmonitored multiplayer chats, and practical tools to maintain a healthy balance between gaming, school, and family life.

We would love to welcome prospective students and families to Mitchell Road Elementary for a school tour! Tours are offered on Fridays from 8:00–9:00 a.m., and will be confirmed via email.
