Monday - Friday
When Registering a New Student at J.L. Mann,
please bring the following items:
- Driver’s License or Government Issued Photo ID
- Birth Certificate
- Immunization Records
- Withdrawal Papers from previous school
- Previous class schedule with final class grades
- If student is receiving special services, please provide a copy of most recent IEP or 504
- Proofs of Residence - please pick one of the following groups:
a) Current lease and one current utility bill (gas, electric or water), or
b) Property Tax Statement/ Mortgage Statement and one current utility bill (gas, electric or water), or
c) Two current utility bills (gas, electric or water)
The above documents are needed to complete enrollment.
