PTA Reflections Contest
Information |
The PTA’s Reflections Contest is going on now. This year’s theme is “Diversity Means…”. If you have talents in art, writing, composing music, dance, film, video or photography – now is the time to show it. Entry forms are available on the Hillcrest Middle School website below, the SC PTA website or there are copies of the official entry forms & rules for each category located in the office. There will be a 1st place, 2nd place, 3rd place & 2 honorable mentions awarded in each category. And YES, there will be prizes awarded to the winners.
DEADLINE for entries is October 5th – 7th.
Please place entries on the box labeled REFLECTIONS in the front office.

PTA FUNDRAISING
2011-2012 Hillcrest Middle School PTA is selling the Attractions Dining and Value Guide to raise money for technology, such as promethean boards, and paper supplies for the school. All money raised will benefit all students at our school. This is our only fundraiser for the 2011-2012 school year! We are excited about this fundraising opportunity because of the real savings and value that this coupon books offers to our parents and families. There are over $4100 in savings!
The Attractions Dining and Value Guide is a money saving coupon book featuring local restaurants and retailers such as Carrabba's Italian, Stax Grill, Portofino's, Moe's Southwest Grill, Your Pie, Sub Station II, Sabroso Mexican, Denny's, Atlanta Bread Company, Oriental House, Papa John's Pizza, Burger King, McDonald's, Dick's Sporting Goods, Walgreen's, Office Depot, Sam's Club, AC Moore, ACE Hardware and much, much more!
Each book contains thousands of dollars in savings and is valid until the end of 2012! Books are available NOW for $20! Our fundraiser will end on September 2nd!

Biscuits are sold in the car lines from 7:40
to 8:10
am on the 2 nd Thursday of the month. Biscuits are $2.50 each.
Students have the opportunity to purchase and eat biscuits in the
“Cow Cafe”.

Bi-Lo scanning cards, Publix Partners Cards, or Bloom cards are available in the front office.
Remember that when you shop and use your Hillcrest Middle School cards at Bi-Lo, Publix, or Bloom, HMS gets 1% of your shopping total with no cost to you. This is such an easy way to help our school.
