-During the week of November 5 through November 9 we will celebrate Business Week at GHS. We are having panel discussions each day with a keynote speaker on Thursday November 8. This year Judge Merl Code will address our students. The topic of his speech is, “ A Leadership Action Plan”.

The railroad company will be working on the tracks at the intersection of Vardry Street and Augusta Street. Please follow the detour signs until further notice. Thank you for your Patience and understanding during these few days of construction.
-Congratulations to our 2012 Girls Golf Team for being crowned champions. The Lady Raiders won by ten strokes over runner-up Pickens, then Daniel and Wren. All-State was Carly Burkhardt, Victoria Huskey, and Louise Oxner. Please congratulate these ladies along with other team members Aubrie Lauderdale and Elsie Bickmann on a great year!

- Greenville High School is proud to offer FREE after school tutoring every Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday in the Media Center. Students can come for assistance in any subject, any day, but we will guarantee subject specific help on certain days. Students do not need to sign up in advance. Use of the media center computers for school related assignments is allowed.
Subject Specific Help Days:
-Monday - Science
-Tuesday - Math, Social Studies
-Thursday - Math, English

-Greenville Senior High Academy wins 2 'Outstanding Educator' Awards at 2012 SCPTA Convention. JF Lucas won the award for 2012 Outstanding High School Principal of the Year. Jeff Kernodle won the award for 2012 Outstanding Support Staff of the Year. For more info CLICK HERE
