Class Meets:  1st Semester PM

Prerequisite:  Alg 1 or Math Tech 2

Syllabus
 

 This introduction course helps to prepare students for employment in the automotive collision repair service. Training in the basic skills and technical knowledge of the trade is achieved through classroom instruction and shop experience. This course focuses on safety, the use of hand and power tools, basic MIG welding and minor repair skills.

Syllabus
 

This course reviews and applies principals learned in Automotive Collision Repair Technology 1A. Additional activities include oxyacetylene cutting and welding, basic panel repair, and structural alignment skills.

This course reviews and expands painting and refinishing skills learned in AUTOC2A and adds structural repair skills, accessories and hardware.
