Welcome to the Greer Middle Media Center!
Hours: 7:45 - 3:45 Students, teachers and visitors are welcome to come to the media center at any time during the day. Students should always have a pass in their agendas when coming to the media center without being part of a class! Media Center Blog The GMS Media Link is the media center blog. To get updates on what is happening in the Media Center, take a look at the blog! There is information on the Book Jackets Book Club and book fairs, as well as other happenings and new materials.
Global Issues In Context We recently subscribed to a new database called Global Issues in Context from Gale. It is an amazing new resource that will allow students to connect to the world. Global Issues in Context supports research in virtually every corner of the library and in a wide variety of subject areas, including sociology, current events, civics, politics, science, economics, cultural/religious studies, women’s studies, human rights, English composition and much more. This resource allows students to understand the historical and contemporary conditions that lead to global issues, conflicts and events.
