2011 Season Parents Meeting
Monday, August 1 @ 7PM at Sugar Creek 1 Pool
103 Sugar Creek Road, Greer (across from Covenant Methodist Church)
Note: If you can not attend the meeting, you must contact the coach prior to August 1st.
All Swimmers Need to Bring:
1. Completed Sports Physical Form
2. Completed Emergency Medical Form
3. Check to Greer High for Athletic Accident/Injury Insurance ($47) plus suit, shirts, etc.
Middle School Swimmers also need to bring:
Copy of your last report card
All New Swimmers must bring:
Original and a Copy of their Birth Certificate
