About 570 applicants from across the country came to Greenville’s Bi-Lo Center today to apply for about 200 teaching positions in Greenville County Schools for the 2012-13 school year. The Shining Stars event is hosted each year by Greenville County Schools as a way in which candidates looking for teaching positions have the opportunity to meet Greenville County Schools’ principals and district staff.
