Dr. Phinnize J. Fisher was recognized at Tuesday night’s Board meeting by County Councilman Joe Dill, who presented her with a County Council Proclamation declaring January 24, 2012 as Dr. Phinnize J. Fisher Day in Greenville County.
The proclamation further recognized Dr. Fisher for her commitment to public education and her outstanding service to Greenville County Schools. It cited many of her most recognized accomplishments, including the successful school construction program, the continued increase in student test scores, and her focus on developing the whole child.
