How to Apply - Administrative

Step 1: Submit a Letter of Interest and a Resume to Human Resources

Step 2: If applying for more than one position

Please send a separate resume and letter of interest for each vacancy including the position title and/or school. This process will ensure that applicants are considered for every position of interest.

Step 3: Screening

All applications will be screened by a hiring committee at the appropriate level. If selected for an interview, applicants will be contacted with an interview date and time. If an applicant is not selected for an interview at this time, written notification will be sent.

Step 4: Complete Application Packet when notified by Human Resources

Application packet consists of:

  1. Application for Employment
  2. Two reference forms - Note: References to be completed and mailed by the applicant’s two most recent employers. Former district employees must get a reference form completed by their last district supervisor.
  3. Submission of
    1. Final transcripts
    2. Praxis/NTE scores
    3. Administrative certificate (if position requires certification)
    4. Criminal Background Check Disclosure Form (PDF)

Step 5: Finalizing Employment - Upon Offer and Acceptance of a Position
