Implementation Timeline |
After an extensive evaluation process, the District recently signed a contract with Lawson Software that includes the Lawson S3 Enterprise Financial Management and Human Capital Management suites as well as Lawson Business Intelligence. Through a centralized administrative software operating system, these applications will access and analyze financial and human resource information, decrease paper-based processes and enable continued technology growth. The Lawson applications will replace the District’s current JD Edwards financial, procurement, human resources, budgeting and payroll systems.
And so “The GRETIL Project” begins……Greenville Realizes Efficiency Through Integrating Lawson. The implementation will take place in two stages over an 18 month time period.
What does this mean for the District and our employees?
At a minimum, the GRETIL Project will improve the operations of the District and provide employees real-time access to current and historical employment information.
