Dicky McCuen The Maintenance Department is responsible for maintaining school facilities, which includes preventive maintenance on equipment and making minor repairs to the facilities. Other responsibilities include communications services, hazardous materials, asbestos management, indoor air quality detection, rental of school properties and liaison to fire marshals and OSHA inspectors. |

Terry Mills The Facilities Department is responsible for the planning, design and construction of new and the renovation of the existing schools. Additionally the department administers all repairs and building system replacements that require outside contractors. The Energy Management Department is responsible for assisting all locations in meeting conservation goals through operating computer based building control systems, energy surveys and audits, energy awareness and implementing energy conservation projects.
