Health Room News

Children cannot come to school for 24 hours after being sick with stomach bug. They have to be fever free for 24 hours without medication. Children must have a district permission form for medication brought to school. Please see the school nurse to get this form. This includes cough drops. Thank you for your support.

 

Parent Portal Enrollment

District Volunteer Form

The school district has a form that must be completed by anyone who volunteers with students.  This would be chaperones on a field trip, reading with a child, lunch relief, or any activity where the adult is with a child other than their own.  Click here for the volunteer application.
