What are Natural Helpers?
Natural Helpers are a group of peer-elected students that are available to help

other students with common problems affecting teenagers today.

How does one become a Natural Helper?
At the beginning of the school year, surveys are passed out in every homeroom. The surveys consist of questions pertaining to general problems a high school student may have. The surveys also have a section where students can place the names of fellow students that they believe excel at helping them in personal matters. Current Natural Helpers then tally up the surveys, once completed, and invite the students named most on the surveys to a meeting. Students selected can then attend a retreat to train them to help peers more effectively. Once this training is complete, the selected students are then named Natural Helpers.
