The Eastside School Improvement Council (SIC) is asking for just a few minutes of your time for something important — our Fall SIC Survey. Your family’s experiences will help us continue living our motto: Engaging Minds. Embracing Community.
A few important details:
One survey per household - ensures accurate and meaningful results.
All responses are completely anonymous.
The survey should only take about 5 to 10 minutes to complete.
Includes multiple-choice questions + a few optional short-answer questions.
Please reflect on your overall Eastside experience—not just a single event.
Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts and help guide our ongoing efforts to make Eastside the best it can be!
