CHS Celebrates Black History Month

Carolina High School and Academy will have their annual Black History Program, Friday, February 12th from 10:30am - 11:30am in the CHS Auditorium. The program will feature the CHS Step Team and proformances by the CHS Gospel Choir. This event is free and open to the public.
Johnson and Talley Create History

In cooperation with the Greenville County School's project to save and preserve the historic William-Earle Cabin, Carolina High School Art students Sydney Johnson and Keya Talley created a drawing celebrating the cabin's history, which will be on permanent display inside the restored cabin, now housed as part of the Roper Mountain Science Center's Living History Farm. Official dedication and opening of the cabin to the public will take place on Friday, February 26, 2010 at 4:00pm. .

Lawrence Leads Trojans On All-County Team

Junior defensive end Jamal Lawrence led they way for the 2009 Trojan football team on the 2009 Greenville All -County Football Team. Lawrence was named 1st Team defensive end. Also on the All-County Team was senior LaDerrick Cunningham as 2nd Team linebacker, senior Jay Barton as 2nd Team center and junior James Williams was Honorable Mention as quarterback.
