Schools administer the Cognitive Abilities Test (CogAT) and Iowa
Test of Basic Skills (ITBS) to all second grade students during the
months of October and November. |

| Greenville County Schools administers
the MAP test each year to students in grades 3-5. MAP is a
computerized adaptive test used by teachers to make informed
decisions about academic instruction. |
The Palmetto Assessment of State
Standards (PASS) is administered in the spring of each year to South
Carolina students grades 3-8. |
