Welcome to Bryson Middle's PTSA
We're proud to be a part of the National PTA which is the largest volunteer child advocacy organization in the United States. A not-for-profit association of parents, educators, students, and other citizens active in their schools and communities, PTA is a leader in reminding our nation of its obligations to children.
The BMS PTSA supports the school in many ways. From fundraising events like Spirit Week to teacher appreciation meals, our volunteers work hard to enrich the lives of all BMS community members. All parents, teachers, and students are encouraged to join our local PTSA chapter. Each membership is just $5 and helps us go a long way to help our school. Won't you join today.

Fundraising
"Dawg Days" SPIRIT WEEK 2011 at BMS is coming - October 3-7!
This is our MAIN fundraiser for the year. It's an action pack week of fun for our students, faculty and PTA staff. Chick-fil-A biscuits on sale very morning. Hat day every day, sunglasses day, "buy your way out of class" day, teacher dunk tank at courtyard time, just to name a few things going on that week. Last year alone, our students help us raise over $15,000 in just one short week. Won't you help us again this. Let's see if we raise even more this year. Look for more information to come. Tickets and wristbands go on sale September 26 during courtyard time. Students, be sure to buy yours then.
SPIRIT WEAR - Take Pride in your School. GO BULLDOGS
We'll be offering throughout the school year opportunities to purchase Spirit Wear. Look for more info. to come home with your student. Then be sure to purchase yours and show your BMS pride.
Bi-lo BoosterPlus/Bonus Card Program
Keep one of the Bi-Lo BoosterPlus cards for yourself and pass out the rest to family/friends. Take one of the BoosterPlus scan cards along with you Bi-Lo Bonus Card the next time you shop. Have the cashier scan the BoosterPlus card (just that one time) the same time they scan your Bonus Card. You're now in the system to help earn money for our school. Every time you use your Bonus Card after that, Bi-Lo will donate 1% of your purchase back to BMS PTA.
Box Tops/Campbell's Soup Labels
Don't throw away cash that may be lying around your house, donate it to BMS. When you turn in Box Tops (worth 10 cents each), Campbell's Soup Labels and used up ink cartridges (worth 50 cents to $5), you help earn money for our school. Please take the time to save these items and turn them in (to the school office) as often as you like. The more we have, the more money we earn. Be sure to place them in a Zip-Loc bag with the student's name and homeroom on it. There will be some special incentives for those classes who raise the most throughout the year.
Fall Cookie Dough Sale . . . YUMMY!
Just in time for the holidays. This year's very popular, high quality cookie dough and popcorn sale is scheduled to begin October 17 and end October 31. These are great items to have on hand for the holidays or just when you want a special snack. More info. about the sale will come home with your student in October.
