2013 RidgeFest
Ridgefest 2013 will be held on Friday, May 17 from 5:00 – 8:00 pm. Ridgefest is an event where Blue Ridge High School opens the school to the entire community to celebrate everything Blue Ridge related! There will be *Carnival Rides, *Athletic Events, Band – Chorus – Drama & Strings performances, Student Art Show, Cruise-In Car Show, Petting Zoo, Cheerleading and Wrestling Exhibitions, History of Blue Ridge Session, Student v. Faculty Quiz Bowl & a Book Fair.
Vendors will be on site selling unique gifts items. If you would like to participate as a vendor please contact Ashley Wardlaw at 864-355-1874 or awardlaw@greenville.k12.sc.us for more information.
Concessions will be available for purchase from the Band Booster Club, PTSA and Athletic Booster Club. Events denoted with * will cost to participate. All other events are free. Come out and help us celebrate the Blue Ridge Community at Ridgefest 2013!

After Prom 2013
The After-Prom-Party will be held at Frankie's Fun Park. Tickets will be $45 per person. Tickets will be available for purchase from the PTSA on Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays only. The dates tickets will be available are: April 17, 18, 19, 24, 25 & 26.
Starting May the ticket price will go up to $50 per person, and tickets will be sold on May 1, 2, 3, 8, 9, 10, 15, 16 and
17. Students who purchase their tickets in April will be entered in a drawing to win a free ticket. A total of four free tickets will be awarded.
Please purchase your ticket(s) early. If you wait until the night of the party, TICKETS AT THE DOOR WILL BE $55. You must bring cash and the exact amount. No Exceptions.
SAT & ACT Preparation Workshops
The Urban League of the Upstate, Inc. is hosting Free SAT & ACT Preparation Workshops at McAlister Square-University Center to help students prepare for the SAT and/or the ACT. Classes are held the two Saturdays before each scheduled test from 9:00 AM -12:00 PM in Room 513 for SAT and Room 202 for ACT. To register, contact Will Gregg (864) 322-4104 or Diedra McEntyre (864) 322-4105. Only 30 seats available for each workshop so Reserve your space today!!!

Each counselor will be working with all grades (9th – 12th). Students will not be assigned by grade levels. Effective on August 16, 2012, students will be assigned by last names:
A - Gibson—Reese counselor
Gilbert - N—Fevrin counselor
