We have a proud athletic tradition here at Blue Ridge High School.  Our first class facilities are home to some of the best teams in South Carolina.  We have won scores of championships, including:

  • 1985 A Girls Track & Field
  • 1992 AA Volleyball
  • 2002 AA Cheerleading
  • 2003 AA Boys Golf
  • 2003 AA Boys Cross Country
  • 2004 AAA Boys Cross Country

Thanks to the generosity of our Booster club, we have the first rubberized track in Greenville County.  Our renovated gymnasium features a state of the art sound system.  We also have auxiliary and multi-purpose gyms.  Our baseball stadium looks great year round, and our new softball field was recently dedicated to Heather Bruce, a standout pitcher for the Lady Tigers who passed away from cancer.  Our weight room features new, top of the line equipment, and is open for use by all Blue Ridge athletes.

Advisement For Student Athletes: The National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) has very strict guidelines regarding credit for courses taken online, such as courses offered by the Greenville and South Carolina Virtual School programs. Many online courses ARE NOT APPROVED by the NCAA. Before enrolling in any online class, be sure to consult with your high school's athletic director and your guidance counselor to determine if the online course that you are considering is approved for credit by the NCAA.
