Culinary Arts is a two year program that begins in the junior year. There is some flexibility for seniors if they want to take only the first year. They would have to come in the AM. Culinary is a nationally certified program with a nationally certified chef educator. Second year students co-op at upscale restaurants and hotels during second semester. Ninety percent of the seniors in the class of 2006 have continued their culinary education at Johnson and Wales University.
