Brook Glenn's Math Olympiad Team celebrated their success this year by inviting parents in for breakfast and a math game. The Math Olympiad team met weekly during the school year to practice for their monthly challenges, run by Kelley Hunt and Loren Pessolano. The purpose of this program is to get children to think outside the box, and use different strategies to solve real life math problems. Each Math Olympiad student received a certificate and medal of honor. Chase Burgess received a patch for achieving the second highest score from all the challenges, and Aveyauna Kneese received a patch and trophy for achieving the leading score from all the challenges. We look forward to next year with the Math Olympiads.
