Summer Reading Challenge!
We challenge all students to READ READ READ this summer!
Read at least 20 minutes a day and have a parent initial the reading log to earn prizes when you come back to Bethel!

New Student Orientation
If you are new to Bethel this year, we hope you will attend our New Student Orientation on Tuesday, August 5 at 6:00 pm. Children and their parents will meet in the cafeteria for important information about Bethel. At the conclusion, families will be invited to take self-guided tours of the school. *Note: Due to renovations in our building this date is subject to change.
Meet the Teacher Night
Meet the Teacher will be held from 5:00-7:00 pm on Thursday, August 14. Classroom rosters will be posted at 5:00 pm that night. Rosters will be at several locations inside the building. Class assignments will not be released before that time. Kindergarten, first, and second grade students are asked to drop-in from 5:00-6:00 pm. Third, fourth, and fifth grade students are asked to drop-in from 6:00-7:00 pm. Please be sure to adhere to the times listed above. Parents and students will be able to visit classrooms, meet teachers, join PTA, and much more! We look forward to seeing you there!
Students at Bethel were excited to celebrate reaching their schoolwide reading goal of 125,000 books! The entire school gathered on the blacktop to watch the two classes with the highest number of books read, Mrs. Ellis's first graders and Mrs. Edlin's fifth graders, silly string our administration team! We can't wait to start on our reading goal for next year!
