Science Fair
Please join us for Science Fair and PTA on Monday, March 2nd.  Projects may be viewed from 5:45-6:30pm.  A PTA meeting will follow at 6:30pm.

Multiage Registration
We will hold two important registrations this month for the upcoming 2015-2016 school year. We will begin accepting applications for our Primary and Intermediate Multiage classes starting March 2nd, and these are due March 20th. Open House will be March 5th & 10th at 9:15am. Parent Information Night for PMA will be held on Tuesday, March 3rd at 6:00pm. Our multiage classes provide opportunities to work in small groups through project based work and/or centers. I encourage you to learn more about our multiage program to see if it’s a good fit for your child. March Spirit Nights
We will have three spirit nights this month! The first spirit night is Tuesday, March 3rd from 5:00- 8:00 pm at Chick Fil A on Woodruff Rd. Bethel will receive 20% of the profits. Please remember to write teacher’s name on the back of the receipt and place it in the spirit night box! The second spirit night will be on Thursday, March 19th from 2:30- 8:30 pm at Twisted Cup on Woodruff Road. The third spirit night of the month will be on Thursday, March 23rd from 5:00- 8:00 pm at Salsaritas on Woodruff Road. Thank you for supporting Bethel!

Greenville Drive
The Greenville Drive Reading All-Stars program is a reading incentive program aimed at promoting reading and academic success among youth across the Upstate.  Any 3rd-8th grade student in Greenville County Schools can participate.  To complete the program, a student must read 5 books during the designated 5-week time period (February 2nd- March 6th).  When students submit a completed reading log to their teacher, they will qualify as a 2015 Greenville Drive Reading All-Star.  Each student who succeeds in reading the designated number of books will be honored at the Monday, April 13th Greenville Drive Game.  We hope all 3rd-5th grade students will participate!  Information and forms were included in your student's Friday Folder. Shamrock Sales
Fifth grade Jr. Beta Club students are sponsoring a fundraiser for our local Muscular Dystrophy Association the week of March 9 th -13th . They will be selling Shamrocks in the main hallway each morning from 7:30-7:55 for $1.00. Please consider supporting this wonderful cause.

Reedy River Run
Are you REEDY?  The Reedy River Run is in downtown Greenville March 6-7.  The Youth Mile and Children's Fun Run will be held Friday evening, and the 5K and 10K runs will be Saturday morning.  ALL students, PTA members, teachers, staff, and friends and family members can participate!  Simply register using Bethel's online entry form HERE.  You can also find more information by going to

Bethel Bash
Mark your calendars now for Friday, May 15th from 4:00-8:00 pm. It will be a night you won't want to miss! Now's the time to break out those Confetti Egg DIY's that came home and start sending in your eggs. Make sure you put them back in the carton and put your child's teachers name on the outside of the box. We will keep track of our contest to see who's in the lead. We are currently looking for sponsors for the Bash. Keep cutting those Box Tops!! Please tell your family, friends and neighbors to keep cutting to help raise money for Bethel! The deadline to turn in is March 27th . The top student from grades K-2nd and 3rd -5th will each win a gift card. Send in clipped Box Tops in a Ziploc bag with your child’s name and teacher
