Parking Form

Parking permits are for sale in the SRO’s office. The cost is $10.00 (this increases to $25 after 9/9/11). Reserved spaces are $25. Please buy your permits during lunch or before school.

Rules and regulations are as follows: The student parking lot is for use by Berea High School students who have registered their vehicles. A numbered registered permit will be

provided and should be placed on the rearview mirror. Violation of any parking regulation will result in fines, referrals or the suspension of parking privileges. Students driving or riding to ECC or FAC will need an approved application. These applications are available at ECC or FAC. Unregistered vehicles are subject to tow at owner’s expense.

TO PURCHASE A PARKING PASS, STUDENTS MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING:

1. DRIVERS LICENSE
2. PROOF OF INSURANCE
3. REGISTRATION.

RULES AND REGULATONS

1. If a student loses a decal, the cost of a replacement will be $10.00.

2. Students must park in appropriate parking spaces between white lines.

3. Any student who parks in an unauthorized parking space will be fined

$10.00.

4. After 3 violations that result in parking tickets, privileges will be

revoked for 2 months. If a student receives 4 violations, his or her permit will be

revoked.
