RAP REWARD

Students in Mrs. Roberts' 5th grade class enjoyed a well-deserved hayride around the school ball field after earning over 50 RAP bones for the 1st Quarter.

VETERANS DAY

5th Grade welcomed Veterans to our school for a special celebration on November 11th. After an assembly with a special Veteran guest speaker, students greeted some of their own Veteran family members for an honorary luncheon.

MIX IT UP

Berea Elementary, through the Teaching Tolerance Organization, participated in their 4th annual Mix-It-Up at Lunch Day. Students were randomly placed at different tables during lunch on November 13th to foster communication between peers. As students prepare for middle school, they are encouraged to branch out, make new friends, and avoid making others feel left out when associating with cliques. Mix-It-Up Day is a nation-wide initiative promoting friendship and tolerance among young people.
