2010-2011 K5 and New 1^st Grade Student Registration

K5 includes children who will be 5 years old on or before September 1, 2010.

1^st Grade includes children who do not currently attend Bell’s Crossing and who will be 6 on or before September 1, 2010.

Documents required for enrollment:

1.                  State issued birth certificate

2.                  Up-to-date immunization record on SC DHEC form, marked ready for school

3.                  Two proofs of residence:

a.       Current power bill (gas, electric, water, or cable)

b.      ONE of the following items:

Voter Registration card

Current pay stub

Current signed lease with name and phone number of landlord

Closing statement for home

Current mortgage statement

Most recent state or federal tax return

Please note that we must have all required documents at time of enrollment.  We will make copies for our files and return your originals to you immediately.  All forms must be filled out in our office.
