The Beck Academy "Blue Knights" Robotics Team received the First Place Technical Award at the FIRST Lego League Scrimmage held on Saturday, December 8, 2007, at the Greenwood Mall. The event was hosted by the Greenwood Robotics Interactive Partnership.

Members of the "Blue Knights" Team competing at this event were Wes Boehm, Nathan Chou, Nate Cotterman, David Gundana, Richard Li, Christopher Nelon, and Anna Leigh Prochaska. They are coached by Charlie Forrester, Anne Hart, and Tonya Lebrun.
