| Our site-based Afterschool Program has been in existence for 10 years now and we continue to grow every year...We are very proud to offer a service and convenience to the working parents and give school personnel an opportunity to provide added instruction for students. We have great teachers, aides and college students who work with our students. Our college students not only get to make extra money but it gives them an opportunity to decide if a career in working with small children is in their future. Please call if you have any questions. How to register you child:
You will need to bring the following for registration: Full Name of Child (ren) Address and phone numbers for contact information Social Security Number Medical Information Emergency Contact Numbers $40.00 registration fee per family
Appropriate fees for the first weeks stay 1)
child ~ $40.00, 2) children ~ $65.00, 3)
children ~ $85.00
Example: if you will only have one child in our program you will need $80.00 to start the program. (2) $105.00 (3) $125.00
Money
and forms need to be paid and completed before
official stay in our program can begin.
