Armstrong Elementary is an excellent school and I am excited and proud to be able to work with a staff and community where everyone strives for excellence.
My goal is to make sure that all children are learning in an environment where safety is mastered and academic achievement is achieved. By doing so, I will set high expectations for myself, students, faculty, and staff which enables everyone to grow socially and academically.
I believe that all students are unique and have needs that differ from one child to another. Therefore, I realize that education is not "one-size fits all". If every child is given the resources and tools they need, we empower them to grow academically and achieve success that lasts a lifetime.
In order for every child to succeed parents and teachers must work together, instructional methods should be student-centered, action-orientated, team building, critical analyzed, and outcome based. As an administrator at Armstrong Elementary, I will support and encourage best practices while uniting with parents to help our children reach their fullest potential.
