| PASS (Palmetto Assessment of State Standards) |
The Palmetto Assessment of State Standards (PASS) is a statewide assessment administered to South Carolina students in grades 3-8 and aligned to SC standards.
The PASS assessment is comprised of writing, English language arts (reading and research), mathematics, science, and social studies multiple-choice questions with varying degrees of difficulty.
In addition to the multiple choice questions, the writing test also includes one extended-response (writing) question.The writing test is given on two days in March (March 16-17), and the remaining tests are administered in May (May 11-14).
For more information about the PASS test and sample questions, please click here. Student results will be given as scale scores and performance levels for each test. | Jump Rope for Heart |
 |
Parents, It's time for our annual Jump Rope For Heart fundraiser and celebration again! All proceeds will go to the American Heart Association. Students will be given information and the collection envelopes in their p.e. classes during the week of January 25th - 29th. Donations can be made in the form of cash, checks, or online payments. All collection envelopes will be due back no later than February 26th. |

| Kindergarten and First Grade Registration |
| Kindergarten and new first grade registration has begun for the 2010-2011 school year. If you have a child that will be joining us at Bethel, please be sure you register as soon as possible. It is extremely important that we have an accurate enrollment projection to provide adequate staffing for our children. To register your child you need to bring the birth certificate, immunization form, and two current proofs of residence.Click here for the Registration Form. |
